Cael gwybodaeth oddi wrth bersonau
7.—(1) At unrhyw ddiben o ran gorfodi a gweithredu Rheoliad y Cyngor, caiff y Cynulliad, drwy hysbysiad ysgrifenedig a gyflwynir i unrhyw berson y mae'n ymddangos iddo—
(a)ei fod yn ymwneud ag allforio organeddau a addaswyd yn enetig; neu
(b)ei fod ar fin ymwneud, neu ei fod wedi bod yn ymwneud, â'r gweithgaredd hwnnw,
ei gwneud yn ofynnol i'r person hwnnw roi'r wybodaeth berthnasol sydd ar gael iddo ac a bennir yn yr hysbysiad, ar y ffurf a bennir ynddo ac o fewn y cyfryw gyfnod ar ôl cyflwyno'r hysbysiad ag a bennir ynddo.
(2) At ddibenion y rheoliad hwn, ystyr “gwybodaeth berthnasol” yw gwybodaeth am unrhyw agwedd ar y gweithgareddau o dan sylw.
