These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Performers Lists) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and come into force on 28 February 2005.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the National Health Service (Performers Lists) (Wales) Regulations 2004 2.

These Regulations apply in relation to Wales only.
