15. Gan eithrio rheoliadau 14, 16 a 17 bydd y Rheoliadau hyn hefyd yn gymwys os bydd gwarediad perthnasol, heblaw gwarediad esempt, o fuddiant perchennog mewn eiddo a gaffaelwyd wrth arfer yr hawl a roddwyd gan adran 16 o Ddeddf Tai 1996(1).
