Llywodraethwyr sefydledig dros dro
15.—(1) “Llywodraethwr sefydledig dros dro” yw person sydd wedi'i benodi'n aelod o gorff llywodraethu dros dro ysgol newydd, heblaw gan yr awdurdod addysg lleol, ac sydd:
(a)os oes gan yr ysgol newydd gymeriad crefyddol penodol a ddynodwyd neu y bwriedir ei ddynodi drwy orchymyn o dan adran 69(3) o Ddeddf 1998, neu os yw'r cynigion i'w sefydlu'n dangos y bydd ganddi gymeriad crefyddol penodol o'r fath, wedi'i benodi er mwyn sicrhau bod y cymeriad hwnnw'n cael ei sefydlu a'i ddatblygu;
(b)os oes neu os bydd gan yr ysgol newydd weithred ymddiriedolaeth, wedi'i benodi er mwyn sicrhau bod yr ysgol newydd yn cael ei sefydlu a'i rhedeg yn unol â'r weithred honno; neu
(c)os nad oes neu os na fydd gan yr ysgol newydd na chymeriad crefyddol penodol na gweithred ymddiriedolaeth, wedi'i benodi yn llywodraethwr sefydledig dros dro i'r ysgol newydd.
(2) “Llywodraethwr sefydledig dros dro ex officio” yw llywodraethwr sefydledig dros dro sy'n ddeiliaid swydd y mae ganddo hawl i fod yn llywodraethwr sefydledig dros dro yn rhinwedd y swydd honno.
(3) Pan fydd yn peidio â dal y swydd y mae ei swydd llywodraethwr dros dro yn deillio ohoni, anghymhwysir llywodraethwr sefydledig dros dro ex officio rhag parhau i ddal swydd llywodraethwr dros dro o'r fath.
