Pwyllgor derbyniadau
57.—(1) Os corff llywodraethu ysgol yw'r awdurdod derbyn ar gyfer yr ysgol honno rhaid iddo sefydlu pwyllgor, a elwir yn bwyllgor derbyniadau, i arfer ei bwerau i benderfynu a ddylid derbyn unrhyw blentyn i'r ysgol.
(2) Rhaid i bwyllgor a sefydlir o dan baragraff (1) gynnwys—
(a)pennaeth yr ysgol (y bydd ganddo hawl i bleidleisio pa un a yw'n llywodraethwr ai peidio); a
(b)o leiaf ddau lywodraethwr arall
(3) Yn achos ysgol sydd â mwy nag un pennaeth, dehongler y cyfeiriad ym mharagraff (2)(a) at y pennaeth fel cyfeiriad at un o'r penaethiaid.
(4) Mae'r cworwm ar gyfer y pwyllgor derbyniadau ac unrhyw bleidlais ar unrhyw fater yn y pwyllgor yr un fath â'r isafswm sy'n ofynnol ar gyfer aelodaeth y pwyllgor a bennir yn y rheoliad hwn.
