(Rheoliad 10)

ATODLEN 3Penodi llywodraethwyr partneriaeth

1.  Pan fo angen llywodraethwr partneriaeth, rhaid i'r corff llywodraethu geisio enwebiadau gan rieni disgyblion cofrestredig yn yr ysgol, a chan bersonau eraill yn y gymuned a wasanaethir gan yr ysgol y credant eu bod yn briodol.

2.  Ni chaiff unrhyw berson enwebu i'w benodi, na phenodi, person yn llywodraethwr partneriaeth oni fyddai'r person hwnnw'n gymwys i'w benodi gan y corff llywodraethu yn llywodraethwr cymunedol.

3.—(1Yn achos ysgol arbennig sefydledig heb sefydliad, rhaid i'r corff llywodraethu benodi o leiaf un person sydd â phrofiad o addysg i blant ag anghenion addysgol arbennig yn llywodraethwr partneriaeth, onid oes diffyg enwebai cymwys sydd â phrofiad o'r fath.

(2Wrth geisio enwebiadau ar gyfer llywodraethwr partneriaeth mewn ysgolion arbennig sefydledig, rhaid i'r corff llywodraethu gymryd camau i sicrhau bod personau sy'n gwneud enwebiadau yn ymwybodol o'r gofyniad ym mharagraff (1).

4.  Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff 5(2), ni chaiff unrhyw lywodraethwr enwebu person i'w benodi'n llywodraethwr partneriaeth.

5.—(1Rhaid i'r corff llywodraethu benodi'r nifer o lywodraethwyr partneriaeth sydd eu hangen yn ôl yr offeryn llywodraethu o blith enwebeion cymwys.

(2Os yw'r nifer o enwebeion cymwys yn llai na'r nifer o leoedd gwag, ceir cwblhau'r nifer o lywodraethwyr partneriaeth sydd eu hangen â phobl a ddetholir gan y corff llywodraethu.

6.  Pan fo'r corff llywodraethu yn gwneud penodiad o dan baragraff 5(2), ar ôl gwrthod unrhyw berson a enwebwyd o dan baragraff 1, rhaid iddo roi rhesymau ysgrifenedig dros ei benderfyniad i'r awdurdod addysg lleol ac i'r person a wrthodwyd.

7.  Rhaid i'r corff llywodraethu wneud pob trefniant angenrheidiol ar gyfer enwebu a phenodi llywodraethwyr partneriaeth a phenderfynu ynghylch pob mater arall yn ymwneud â'u henwebu a'u penodi.
