Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Procedure Regulations 1992 E+W

26.  In regulation 2(1) of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Procedure Regulations 1992(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “fire authority”, after the words “Fire Services Act 1947” insert “or, in England or Wales, the fire and rescue authority for that area under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004”.
