Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1996E+W

37.  In regulation 33(1) of the Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1996(1) (enforcement in respect of fire), after the words “Fire Precautions Act 1971” insert “or, in England or Wales, the fire and rescue authority under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 for the area in which the premises are situated”.
