Redundancy Payments (Continuity of Employment in Local Government, etc.) (Modification) Order 1999

50.  In Schedule 1 to the Redundancy Payments (Continuity of Employment in Local Government, etc.) (Modification) Order 1999(1) (employment to which the Order applies), after paragraph 1 of section 6 insert—

“1A.   A fire and rescue authority constituted by a scheme under section 2 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 or a scheme to which section 4 of that Act applies.”.
