51.—(1) Diwygir Rheoliadau Cerbydau Modur (Trwyddedau Gyrru) 1999(1) fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn rheoliad 23(1) (personau a gaiff gynnal profion theori)—
(a)ym mharagraff (d), hepgorer y geiriau “In Wales, a person appointed by the chief officer of any fire brigade maintained in pursuance of the Fire Services Act 1947 or,”; a
(b)ar ôl paragraff (d), mewnosoder—
“(da)in England or Wales, a person appointed by any fire and rescue authority for the purpose of testing employees of any fire and rescue authority;”.
(3) Yn rheoliad 24(1) (personau a gaiff gynnal profion ymarferol ac unedol)—
