79.  In section 151 (transitional provisions)—

(a) in subsection (1)(a) for “Parts 1 and 2” substitute “Part 1” and for “contain” substitute “contains”;

(b) in subsection (1)(b) omit “and the National Council for Education and Training for Wales”.
