The Income Support (General) Regulations 1987 (S.I. 1987/1967)

1.  In the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987:

(1) In regulation 61(1)—

(a) in sub-paragraphs (a), (b) and (b)(ii) in the definition of “full-time course of advanced education” for “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” substitute “National Assembly for Wales”;

(b) in sub-paragraphs (a), (b) and (b)(ii) in the definition of “full-time course of study” for “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” substitute “National Assembly for Wales.”;

(2) In Schedule 1B, in paragraph 28 for “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” substitute “National Assembly for Wales.”
