The Council Tax Benefit (General) Regulations 1992 (S.I. 1992/1814)
3. In regulation 38(1) of the Council Tax Benefit (General) Regulations 1992, in paragraphs (a), (b) and (b)(ii) in the definition of “full-time course of study” for “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” substitute “National Assembly for Wales.”
