21.   Yn adran 35 (trosglwyddo staff) yn is-adran (1)(b)—

(a) hepgorer “, or (as the case may be) the Qualifications, Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales,”;

(b) yn lle “the Authority as respects which he is designated by the order” rhodder “the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority,”.
