Schedule 4 is amended as follows—
a
in paragraph 2(3) for “the Qualifications, Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales” substitute “the National Assembly for Wales”;
b
for paragraph 15(1)(b) substitute—
b
a representative of the National Assembly for Wales,
c
in paragraph 15(2) for “the chairman of the Qualifications, Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales” substitute “the National Assembly for Wales”.
