24. In the RTM Companies (Memorandum and Articles of Association) (Wales) Regulations 2004(1), in Schedule 1, in Part 1 (Memorandum of Association), in paragraph 4(u) after “surviving spouses insert “, civil partners, surviving civil partners, ”.
