(c)adran 13 (rhwymedigaeth meddianwyr);
(ch)adran 14 (tramgwydd arddangos hysbysiadau ar dir mynediad sy'n ceisio darbwyllo'r cyhoedd i beidio â defnyddio'r tir);
(d)adran 46(3) (sy'n cyflwyno Atodlen 4) i'r graddau y mae'n ymwneud â'r darpariaethau yn Atodlen 4 y cyfeirir atynt ym mharagraff (e) o'r erthygl hon;
(dd)adran 102 i'r graddau y mae'n ymwneud â'r darpariaethau yn Atodlen 16 y cyfeirir atynt ym mharagraff (ff) o'r erthygl hon;
(e)Atodlen 2 (y cyfyngiadau i sydd i'w cadw gan bobl sy'n arfer hawl mynediad);
(f)paragraffau 2 (diwygio Deddf Coedwigaeth 1967 (1)) a 3 (diwygio Deddf Amaethyddiaeth 1967 (2)) o Atodlen 4; ac
(ff)i'r graddau nad yw eisoes wedi dod i rym, Rhan I o Atodlen 16 (dirymu).
