Cyfyngiadau ar ddefnyddio cwota yn Ardal Ynysoedd yr Alban
24.—(1) Ni chaiff cynhyrchwyr a phrynwyr ddefnyddio cwota sydd wedi'i gofrestru o dan reoliad 4 i ddeiliaid cwota yn un o ardaloedd Ynysoedd yr Alban ond yn erbyn gwerthiannau uniongyrchol a danfoniadau yn cynnwys llaeth a gynhyrchwyd o fewn yr ardal honno yn Ynysoedd yr Alban.
(2) Os yw rhan o fenter laeth deiliad cwota y tu allan i un o ardaloedd Ynysoedd yr Alban, fe'i trinnir at ddibenion y rheoliad hwn fel deiliad cwota o fewn un o ardaloedd Ynysoedd yr Alban os yw 50% neu ragor o'i fenter/menter laeth o fewn yr ardal honno.
(3) Nid yw paragraff (1) yn gymwys o ran ailddyrannu cwota yn unol â rheoliadau 27 a 30.
