The 2001 Regulations, with the exception of regulation 17A of and paragraph 19 of Schedule 4 to those Regulations, and for the purposes of paragraph 27 of Schedule 3 to these Regulations, Parts I to VIII of the Table to Schedule 3 of the Regulations, are revoked, together with the amending instruments listed in Schedule 9 and to the extent specified in that Schedule.
