The particulars specified in paragraph 11 are not required in the case of any feed material of animal or vegetable origin, in its natural state, fresh or preserved, and which is not treated with an additive other than any preservative, if the feed material is provided by a farmer-producer to a breeder-user, both of whom carry on business in the United Kingdom.

For the purposes of this paragraph, “farmer-producer” and “breeder-user” have the same meanings as in the Feed Materials Directive.
