Efallai na fydd deddfwriaeth ddiwygiedig sydd ar y safle hwn yn gwbl gyfoes. Ar hyn o bryd mae unrhyw newidiadau neu effeithiau hysbys a wnaed gan ddeddfwriaeth ddilynol wedi'u gwneud i destun y ddeddfwriaeth yr ydych yn edrych arni gan y tîm golygyddol. 17.—(1) Mae'n rhaid i arolygwr, ar ôl dangos, lle bo'r angen, dogfen ddilys yn dangos ei awdurdod, gael yr hawl ar bob awr resymol, i fynd mewn i unrhyw safle (gan gynnwys unrhyw safle domestig os yw'n cael ei ddefnyddio at unrhyw bwrpas mewn cysylltiad â Rheoliad TSE y Gymuned a'r Rheoliadau hyn) er mwyn sicrhau y cydymffurfir â Rheoliad TSE y Gymuned a'r Rheoliadau hyn; ac yn y rheoliad hwn mae “safle”yn cynnwys unrhyw gerbyd, cynhwysydd neu strwythur (symudol neu beidio).
(2) Gydag ef neu hi gall arolygwr fynd â–
(a)unrhyw bersonau eraill yr ystyria bod eu hangen; ac
(b)unrhyw gynrychiolydd o'r Comisiwn Ewropeaidd sy'n gweithredu at ddiben gorfodi rhwymedigaeth Gymunedol.
(3) Os bydd arolygydd yn mynd mewn i unrhyw safle sydd heb ei feddiannu mae'n rhaid iddo ei adael wedi ei ddiogelu yr un mor effeithiol yn erbyn mynediad anawdurdodedig ag yr oedd pan aeth iddo.
