Yn achos cig sy'n deillio o anifail buchol sy'n 30 mis oed neu'n iau pan gaiff ei gigydda ac na chafodd ei ddwyn i Gymru o Aelod-wladwriaeth arall, bydd meddiannydd safle torri nas awdurdodwyd o dan baragraff 13(1)(a) yn tramgwyddo oni fydd yn tynnu o'r cig y rhannau hynny o'r asgwrn cefn sy'n ddeunydd risg penodedig a hynny cyn gynted ag y bo'n rhesymol ymarferol, a beth bynnag cyn i'r cig gael ei symud o'r fangre.
