2. Mae Gorchymyn Cyngor Addysgu Cyffredinol Cymru (Swyddogaethau Ychwanegol) 2000(1)yn cael ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn—
(a)yn Rhan I o'r Atodlen, ym mharagraff 2 ar ôl “(c)”mewnosoder “, (3B)”; a
(b)yn Rhan II o'r Atodlen, ar ôl paragraff 20, mewnosoder—
“20A. Pan yw person yn athro neu'n athrawes gymwysedig sy'n anghymwys i gael ei gofrestru yn unol ag adran 3(3B) o Ddeddf 1998(2), (h.y. gan nad yw'r Cyngor wedi'i fodloni bod y person yn addas i fod yn athro neu'n athrawes), manylion yn nodi ar ba sail y penderfynwyd gwrthod y cais.”.
