The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 1, 7(1), 7(2), 8(1), 11, 13, 15(5), 17(1), 23, 25, 28, 32(2), 35(1), 35(3), 38(1), 65A(3), 83(2), 87(2) and (5)(a) and 88(4) of the Animal Health Act 1981(1), makes the following Order:

1981 c. 22, as amended by the Animal Health Act 2002, c. 42. Functions transferred to the National Assembly by the National Assembly (Transfer of Functions) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/672) and the National Assembly (Transfer of Functions) Order 2004 (S.I. 2004/3044).
