Newid meddiannaeth mangre o dan gyfyngiad
30.—(1) Mae'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys os nad ydyw ceidwad unrhyw anifail neu ddofednyn yn gallu ei symud o'r fangre ar derfyn ei hawl i feddiannu oherwydd cyfyngiad a osodwyd gan, neu o dan, y Rheolidau hyn.
(2) Pan fydd y rheoliad hwn yn gymwys, rhaid i'r person sydd â hawl i feddiannu'r fangre ar y terfyniad hwnnw—
(a)darparu'r cyfleusterau hynny i fwydo, gofalu am yr anifail neu'r dofednyn neu ddefnyddio'r anifail neu'r dofednyn fel arall (gan gynnwys ei werthu) y gall y ceidwad yn rhesymol eu gwneud yn ofynnol, a
(b)caniatáu mynediad i'r fangre i'r ceidwad hwnnw ac i unrhyw berson arall a awdurdodir ganddo ar adegau rhesymol i fwydo, gofalu am yr anifail neu'r dofednyn neu ddefnyddio'r anifail neu'r dofednyn fel arall.
(3) Os nad ydyw'r ceidwad yn gallu neu'n fodlon bwydo neu ofalu am yr anifail neu'r dofednyn, rhaid i'r person sydd â hawl i feddiannu'r fangre gymryd y camau hynny sy'n angenrheidiol i sicrhau ei fod yn cael ei fwydo'n briodol ac yn cael gofal priodol.
(4) Mae ceidwad anifail neu ddofednyn yn atebol i dalu'r costau rhesymol a dynnir o dan y rheoliad hwn gan unrhyw berson sy'n ei fwydo neu'n gofalu amdano, neu'n darparu cyfleusterau ar gyfer ei fwydo, gofalu amdano neu'n ei ddefnyddio fel arall.
