YR ATODLENMeini prawf cydnabyddiaeth
Dull gweithredu cyrff cydnabyddedig
1.—(1) Rhaid i gorff neu gymdeithas sy'n cadw llyfr gre lle y cofnodir tarddiad brid neu sy'n llunio un o'r newydd, fod wedi sefydlu—
(a)system ar gyfer cofnodi pedigri a rhaid bod ganddo neu ganddi'r gallu i gyflawni'r gwiriadau angenrheidiol ar gyfer cofnodi pedigri;
(b)system ar gyfer nodi ceffylau;
(c)diffiniad o nodweddion y brid y mae'r llyfr gre yn ymdrin ag ef;
(ch)diffiniad o amcanion sylfaenol ei ddull o ddethol; a
(d)llinachau a gofnodir mewn un llyfr gre arall neu fwy, lle y bo'n angenrheidiol.
(2) Rhaid i gorff neu gymdeithas sy'n cadw llyfr gre, neu sy'n llunio un o'r newydd, ond nad yw'n cadw llyfr gre lle y cofnodir tarddiad y brid, gydymffurfio â'r egwyddorion a sefydlwyd o dan baragraff (1) gan y corff neu'r gymdeithas sy'n cadw'r llyfr gre lle y cofnodir tarddiad y brid.
(3) Rhaid i unrhyw gorff neu gymdeithas sy'n cadw llyfr gre neu sy'n llunio un o'r newydd fodloni'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol ei fod neu ei bod yn gweithredu'n effeithiol.
Rhaglenni gwella a dethol
2. Rhaid i gorff neu gymdeithas sy'n cadw llyfr gre neu sy'n llunio un o'r newydd—
(a)bod wedi cofrestru nifer digonol o geffylau i gyflawni rhaglen gwella neu ddethol neu i sicrhau parhad y brid pan dybir bod hyn yn angenrheidiol;
(b)gallu darparu'r data angenrheidiol ar gyfer cyflawni rhaglen gwella, dethol neu raglen sicrhau parhad; ac
(c)bod wedi sefydlu system ar gyfer darparu data sy'n caniatáu i geffylau gael eu gwerthuso at ddiben gwella, dethol a sicrhau parhad brid.
Trin bridwyr heb gamwahaniaethu
3.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2), rhaid bod gan gorff neu gymdeithas sy'n cadw llyfr gre neu sy'n llunio un o'r newydd reolau gweithdrefn sy'n darparu ar gyfer trin bridwyr heb gamwahaniaethu.
(2) Os oes sawl corff neu gymdeithas mewn cysylltiad â brid penodol yn bodoli eisoes o fewn tiriogaeth y Gymuned, caniateir i reolau gweithdrefn corff neu gymdeithas ddarparu bod yn rhaid i geffylau gael eu geni mewn tiriogeth benodol er mwyn bod yn gymwys ar gyfer eu cofnodi yn llyfr gre'r corff neu'r gymdeithas at ddibenion datgan genedigaeth.
(3) Nid yw'r cymhwyster ym mharagraff (2) yn gymwys os at ddibenion atgenhedlu y cofnodir ceffyl yn y llyfr gre.
