RHAN 8GWYBODAETH I'R CYHOEDD

28.  Yr awdurdod cymwys o ran y Rhan hon yw'r Cynulliad.

Argaeledd mapiau sŵn strategol a chynlluniau gweithredu

29.—(1) Rhaid i unrhyw—

(a)map sŵn strategol y sicrheir ei fod ar gael i'r cyhoedd cyn iddo gael ei fabwysiadu'n unol â rheoliad 23; neu

(b)cynllun gweithredu y sicrheir ei fod ar gael i'r cyhoedd cyn iddo gael ei fabwysiadu'n unol â rheoliad 24,

gynnwys, a hynny mewn lle amlwg, eiriau yn nodi mai drafft ydyw hyd oni chaiff ei fabwysiadu gan y Cynulliad.

(2) Rhaid i unrhyw—

(a)map sŵn strategol a gaiff ei fabwysiadu'n unol â rheoliad 23; neu

(b)cynllun gweithredu a gaiff ei fabwysiadu'n unol â rheoliad 24,

gael ei gyhoeddi gan yr awdurdod cymwys yn unol â gofynion paragraff (3).

(3) O ran map sŵn strategol neu gynllun gweithredu a gyhoeddir yn unol â pharagraff (2)—

(a)rhaid bod crynodeb yn mynd gydag ef sy'n nodi'r pwyntiau pwysicaf;

(b)rhaid ei arddangos ar wefan y Cynulliad;

(c)rhaid iddo fod ar gael i'w archwilio yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol ym mhrif swyddfa'r Cynulliad; ac

(ch)rhaid ei gyflenwi am ffi resymol pan ofynnir amdano.
