Dulliau asesu ar gyfer dangosyddion sŵn diwydiannol a dangosyddion sŵn porthladdoedd

5.—( 1) Ar gyfer dangosyddion sŵn diwydiannol a dangosyddion sŵn porthladdoedd rhaid defnyddio'r dull lledaenu o asesu a ddisgrifir yn “ISO 9613-2:1996 Acoustics – Attenuation of sound during propagation outdoors – Part 2: General method of calculation” (International Standards Organisation, 1996) a hynny'n unol â pharagraff 2.5 o'r Atodiad i'r Argymhelliad.

(2) Gellir cael data gollyngiadau sŵn addas (data mewnbwn) ar gyfer “ISO 9613-2:1996 Acoustics – Attenuation of sound during propagation outdoors – Part 2: General method of calculation” naill ai o fesuriadau a wneir yn unol ag un o'r dulliau canlynol:

(a) “Acoustics. Determination of sound power levels of multisource industrial plants for evaluation of sound pressure levels in the environment. Engineering method” (BS ISO 8297:1994, Y Sefydliad Safonau Prydeinig);

(b) “Acoustics. Determination of sound power levels of noise sources using sound pressure. Engineering method in an essentially free field over a reflecting plane” (BS EN ISO 3744: 1995, Y Sefydliad Safonau Prydeinig);

(c) “Acoustics. Determination of sound power levels of noise sources using sound pressure. Survey method using an enveloping measurement surface over a reflecting plane” (BS EN ISO 3746:1996, Y Sefydliad Safonau Prydeinig),

neu drwy ddefnyddio Arweinlyfr 10 o “Good Practice Guide for Strategic Noise Mapping and the Production of Associated Data on Noise Exposure Version 2, Position Paper Final Draft” (Asesiad Gweithgor y Comisiwn Ewropeaidd o Fod o Fewn Clyw i Sŵn, 13 Ionawr 2006).
