The provisions of the Act specified in paragraph (2) below are to come into force on 26 October 2006.

The provisions are—
a
sections 5(4), 5(5) and section 10;
b
sections 16 to 31;
c
sections 72 to 93;
d
sections 94, 95 and 96;
e
section 98, insofar as it relates to Part 2 of Schedule 12 (and accordingly Part 2 of Schedule 12).
