Y safon ofynnol i sicrhau nad oes ymfudiad aminau aromatig cynradd
10.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3), mae deunydd neu eitem a weithgynhyrchwyd gan ddefnyddio isocyaniadau neu liwyddion a baratowyd drwy diaso-gyplysu yn bodloni'r safon ofynnol o dan y rheoliad hwn os nad yw'n gallu trosglwyddo swmp canfyddadwy o aminau aromatig (a fynegir fel anilin), heb fod yn aminau aromatig cynradd a restrir yn y Gyfarwyddeb, i fwyd y gall y deunydd neu'r eitem plastig hwnnw ddod i gysylltiad ag ef.
(2) Mae Rhan B o Atodlen V yn cael ei heffaith at ddibenion rhagnodi'r manylebion, ar gyfer eitemau penodol a restrir yn Adran A neu B o Atodiad II, Adran A neu B o Atodiad III, neu Atodiad IV, ar gyfer yr eitemau hynny y cyfeirir atynt yng ngholofn 4 o'r Atodiad neu'r Adran o'r Atodiad y cyfeirir ati.
(3) Ystyr swmp canfyddadwy ym mharagraff (1) yw swmp y gellir ei benderfynu drwy ddull dadansoddol sy'n gallu cyflawni terfyn canfyddiad o o leiaf 0.02 miligram y cilogram o fwyd neu efelychwr bwyd (gan gynnwys goddefiant dadansoddol).
