In paragraph (a) of regulation 4 (scope) for the words “in accordance with the Poultry Meat, Farmed Game Bird Meat and Rabbit Meat (Hygiene and Inspection) Regulations 1995” there are substituted the words “in accordance with the Hygiene Regulations”.
