Title, commencement and application
1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Care Standards Act 2000 and the Children Act 1989 (Regulatory Reform and Complaints) (Wales) Regulations 2006 and will come into force on 1 January 2007.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
