Designated areas and periods for the inspection of vehicles E+W

19.  The following are designated for the purposes of section 65A (inspection of vehicles) of the Animal Health Act 1981 M1 —

(a) any wild bird control area for the duration of its existence; and

(b) any wild bird monitoring area for the duration of its existence.
