A person moving hatching eggs out of the wild bird control area under paragraph 5(1) must ensure that those eggs do not come into contact with hatching eggs collected from premises outside that area.

The occupier of an undesignated hatchery to which hatching eggs are moved in accordance with paragraph 5(2)(a) must ensure that those eggs do not come into contact with hatching eggs collected from premises outside the wild bird control area.
