Cosbau
20.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2), bydd person sy'n euog o dramgwydd o dan y Rhan hon o'r Rheoliadau hyn yn agored—
(a)o'i gollfarnu'n ddiannod, i ddirwy nad yw'n fwy na'r uchafswm statudol; neu
(b)o'i gollfarnu ar dditiad, i garchariad am gyfnod nad yw'n hwy na dwy flynedd, i ddirwy neu i'r ddau.
(2) Bydd person sy'n euog o dramgwydd o dan baragraff (3) o reoliad 5, paragraff (8) o reoliad 9, neu reoliad 11 neu reoliad 16 yn agored o'i gollfarnu'n ddiannod i ddirwy heb fod yn uwch na lefel 5 ar y raddfa safonol.
(3) Bydd person sy'n euog o dramgwydd o dan reoliad 19 yn agored, o'i gollfarnu'n ddiannod, i ddirwy nad yw'n uwch na lefel 5 ar y raddfa safonol neu i garchariad am gyfnod nad yw'n hwy na thri mis, neu i'r ddau.
