5. Cyfleusterau toiled ac ymolchi
(1) Rhaid i'r cyfleusterau sydd i'w defnyddio'n unig gan y meddiannydd neu'r aelwyd gynnwys:
(a)baddon neu gawod,
(b)basn ymolchi gyda chyflenwad parhaus o ddŵr poeth ac oer, ac
(c)toiled un ai yn yr un ystafell â'r cyfleusterau ymolchi neu mewn ystafell ar wahân, a gaiff ei ddefnyddio'n unig gan bob unigolyn neu aelwyd.
(2) Rhaid i gyfleusterau a rennir gynnwys:
(a)Un toiled ac un basn ymolchi gyda chyflenwad parhaus o ddŵr poeth ac oer oddi mewn i'r adeilad ar gyfer pob pum aelwyd neu lain a hynny. Rhaid i hwnnw fod wedi'i leoli dim mwy nag un llawr i ffwrdd oddi wrth y rhai y bwriedir iddynt ei ddefnyddio. Ar gyfer y pum aelwyd gyntaf gall y toiled a'r basn ymolchi fod yn yr ystafell lle mae'r gawod neu'r baddon. Rhaid i bob toiled a basn ymolchi ychwanegol ar gyfer llety i chwe aelwyd neu ragor fod mewn man ar wahân.
(b)Rhaid darparu un ystafell ymolchi neu un ystafell gawod ar gyfer pob pum person. Rhaid lleoli honno ddim mwy nag un llawr i ffwrdd oddi wrth y rhai y bwriedir iddynt ei ddefnyddio.
(c)Mewn mangreoedd sy'n lletya plant o dan 10 oed, rhaid i o leiaf hanner o'r cyfleusterau ymolchi gynnwys baddonau sy'n addas ar gyfer plant.
Nid yw rhif y personau sy'n meddiannu uned llety lle darperir toiled ar gyfer eu defnydd hwy yn unig i'w cynnwys yn y cyfrifiad ar gyfer toiledau a rennir.
