The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 121(5) and 122(3)(b) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 20041, hereby makes the following Order:
Title, commencement and application1

The title of this Order is the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No.4 and Consequential, Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2006.

This Order comes into force on 22 March 2006 and applies in relation to Wales.
Amendments to the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No. 4 and Consequential, Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Wales) Order 20052

The Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No.4 and Consequential, Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Wales) Order 20052is amended as follows.

In paragraph (2) of article 5 (transitional provisions) of the Order, before the words “paragraph (1)” insert the words “Article 4 and” and for the word “does” substitute the word “do”.
