The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Fire Services Act 19471 and section 12 of the Superannuation Act 19722, as applied by section 16(3) of that Act3, and sections 36, 53, 60 and 62 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 20044, makes the following Order:
