Coming into force

The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 16(1), (1A), (2), (3) and (5) and 36 of the Plant Varieties and Seeds Act 19641 and now vested in it, makes the following Regulations.

In accordance with section 16(1) of that Act it has consulted with representatives of such interests as appear to him to be concerned.
