Amendment to the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (Wales) Regulations 2006

11.  In regulation 34, for paragraph (2) substitute—

“(2) The provisions referred to in paragraph (1) are those contained in—

(a) regulation 5(8);

(b) paragraph 6 of Part I of Schedule 4;

(c) paragraphs 2 and 7 of Part I of Schedule 5;

(d) paragraphs 7(7), 8(5) and 9(3) of Part II of Schedule 8.”.
