Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio Rheoliadau Gwaith Stryd (Ffioedd Arolygu) (Cymru) 2006 er mwyn codi'r ffi sy'n daladwy gan ymgymerwyr am arolygiadau o'u gwaith gan awdurdodau stryd yng Nghymru o dan reoliad 3 o'r Rheoliadau hynny.
Mae'r ffi am arolygiadau o'r fath, a newidiwyd ddiwethaf yn Ebrill 2004, yn codi o 14.3% o £21 i £24.
Cafodd Asesiad Effaith Rheoliadol ei baratoi ynglŷn â'r rheoliadau hyn. Mae hwn ar gael i'w archwilio yn swyddfeydd Trafnidiaeth Cymru, Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru, Parc Cathays, Caerdydd, CF10 3NQ.
