The National Health Service (Miscellaneous Amendments Concerning Independent Nurse Prescribers, Supplementary Prescribers, Nurse Independent Prescribers and Pharmacist Independent Prescribers) (Wales) Regulations 2007

Title, commencement, application and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations are called the National Health Service (Miscellaneous Amendments Concerning Independent Nurse Prescribers, Supplementary Prescribers, Nurse Independent Prescribers and Pharmacist Independent Prescribers) (Wales) Regulations 2007.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 1 February 2007.

(3) These Regulations apply to Wales.

(4) In these Regulations—

“Charges for Drugs and Appliances Regulations” (“Rheoliadau Ffioedd am Gyffuriau a Chyfarpar”) means the National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Wales) Regulations 2001(1);

“GMS Contracts Wales Regulations” (“Rheoliadau Contractau GMS Cymru”) means the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Wales) Regulations 2004(2); and

“Pharmaceutical Services Regulations 1992” (“Rheoliadau Gwasanaethau Fferyllol 1992”) means the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 1992(3).
