Nodyn Esboniadol

(Nid yw'r nodyn hwn yn rhan o'r Rheoliadau)

Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio Rheoliadau'r Polisi Amaethyddol Cyffredin (Gwin) (Cymru) 2001 (O.S. 2001/2193 (Cy.155)), sy'n darparu ar gyfer gorfodi yng Nghymru ddeddfwriaeth y Gymuned Ewropeaidd ynghylch cynhyrchu a marchnata gwin a chynhyrchion cysylltiedig.

Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn—

(a)yn diweddaru cyfeiriadau at ddeddfwriaeth y Gymuned Ewropeaidd drwy wneud newidiadau i'r diffiniadau yn Rheoliadau 2001 (rheoliad 2(2)) a thrwy fewnosod Atodlen 1 newydd yn Rheoliadau 2001 (rheoliad 2(3) a'r Atodlen);

(b)yn ychwanegu Acolon, Cabernet Sauvignon, Frühburgunder (sydd â'r enw cyfystyr Pinot Noir Précoce) a Merlot at y rhestr o amrywogaethau o winwydd y caniateir eu defnyddio wrth gynhyrchu gwinoedd yng Nghymru (rheoliad 2(4));

(c)yn gwneud mân newidiadau yn y profion dadansoddol ar gyfer gwin o safon psr drwy ddileu'r prawf a'r safon ar gyfer cyfanswm yr echdyniad sych disiwgr (rheoliad 2(5)(a)) a dileu'r safon ofynnol sy'n ymwneud â sylffwr deuocsid rhydd (rheoliad 2(5)(b)); ac

(ch)yn gwneud mân newid yn y profion dadansoddol ar gyfer gwinoedd i'r bwrdd sydd â mynegiad daearyddol drwy ddileu'r prawf a'r safon ar gyfer cyfanswm yr echdyniad sych (rheoliad 2(6)).

Mae asesiad effaith rheoleiddiol llawn o effaith yr offeryn hwn ar gael oddi wrth Lywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru, Parc Cathays, Caerdydd CF10 3NQ.
