This article imposes interim measures and ceases to have effect on 30 September 2007.

In article 4 and 5(b), the references to 6 days shall be read as references to 20 days.

In the case of premises within a sole occupancy group that are 8 or more kilometres apart, paragraph 8 of Schedule 1 and paragraph 13 of Schedule 2 apply on the first occasion that an animal is moved between those premises, but cease to apply for any subsequent movement of any animal between those premises.
