These Regulations which are now called The Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Export Restrictions) (Wales) Regulations 2007, and which apply in relation to Wales, revoke and re-make with amendments the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (No.2) (Wales) Regulations 2007. They implement Commission Decision 2007/588/EC which amends Commission Decision 2007/554/EC concerning certain protection measures against foot-and-mouth disease in the United Kingdom.
