Dyletswyddau ychwanegol ar bersonau sy'n gyfrifol am ddofednod, ieir dodwy, lloi, gwartheg, moch neu gwningod

5.—(1) Rhaid i berson sy'n gyfrifol am—

(a)dofednod (ac eithrio'r rheini a gedwir yn y systemau cyfeirir atynt yn Atodlenni 2 i 4) a gedwir mewn adeilad sicrhau y cânt eu cadw ar laesodr, neu y gallant bob amser fynd at laesodr sydd wedi ei gynnal yn dda, neu fan sydd wedi ei ddraenio'n dda ar gyfer gorffwys;

(b)ieir dodwy a gedwir mewn sefydliadau a chanddynt 350 neu fwy o ieir gydymffurfio ag Atodlenni 2, 3, 4 a 5, fel y bo'n gymwys;

(c)lloi a gaethiwir ar gyfer eu magu a'u pesgi gydymffurfio ag Atodlen 6;

(ch)gwartheg gydymffurfio ag Atodlen 7;

(d)moch, yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2), gydymffurfio â Rhan 2 o Atodlen 8 a phan fo'n gymwys, â gofynion Rhannau 3, 4, 5 a 6 o Atodlen 8; neu

(dd)cwningod gydymffurfio ag Atodlen 9.

(2) Mae paragraffau 12, 28, 29 a 30 o Atodlen 8 yn gymwys i bob daliad yr adeiledir o'r newydd, yr ailadeiledir neu y dechreuir ei ddefnyddio am y tro cyntaf ar neu ar ôl 1 Ionawr 2003, ond yn achos pob daliad arall nid yw'r paragraffau hynny yn gymwys tan 1 Ionawr 2013.

(3) Mae Rhan 1 o Atodlen 8 yn effeithiol.
