a

the local authority must supply the area authority with all such information as is necessary to enable the area authority to carry out those functions on behalf of the local authority;

b

the area authority must keep the local authority informed of the progress of the child and, in particular, must furnish reports to the local authority following each visit to the home in which the child is placed and following each review of the case of the child carried out by the area authority on behalf of the local authority;

c

the local authority and the area authority must consult each other from time to time as necessary, and as soon as reasonably practicable after each such review of the case of the child, with regard to what action is required in relation to him or her.
