Cymhwyso'r Rheoliadau i leoliadau tymor byr
14.—(1) Mae'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys pan fo awdurdod cyfrifol wedi trefnu i leoli plentyn mewn cyfres o leoliadau tymor byr yn yr un lle ac mae'r trefniant yn gyfryw ag nad oes unrhyw leoliad unigol i barhau am fwy na 4 wythnos ac nad yw cyfanswm y lleoliadau i fod i barhau am fwy na 120 o ddiwrnodau mewn unrhyw gyfnod o 12 mis.
(2) Gellir trin unrhyw gyfres o leoliadau tymor byr y mae'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys iddynt fel lleoliad unigol at ddibenion y Rheoliadau hyn.
