The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the power conferred on the Secretary of State by section 13(3) of the Caravan Sites Act 19681 and now vested in them2 and having consulted such persons or bodies as appear to them to be concerned in accordance with section 13(3) of that Act, make the following Order:
