Amendment of Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 2000 E+W

5.  In regulation 9, in the definition of “the 2006 Regulations”, after “2006” insert, “in relation to England;”, and after that definition insert the following definition —

““the 2006 Welsh Regulations” means the Assembly Learning Grants and Loans (Higher Education) (Wales) Regulations 2006 (1);”.
